Disney On Ice presents Let's Dance at Spokane Arena from November 14-16!
Mickey and pals are rocking the DJ table at Disney On Ice and you’re on the guest list! Feel the electric atmosphere as they remix favorite Disney tunes into colorful worlds. Wish upon a star with Asha as she and Valentino save the Kingdom of Rosas from King Magnifico. Roar with delight as Simba, Timon and Pumbaa step into the spotlight. Groove to ocean beats with Ariel and friends, harmonize with Elsa, Anna, and Olaf, and sway to the rhythm of the waves with Moana and Maui. And the party really goes off the charts when guest DJ Stitch takes control. Get ready to turn up the fun at Disney On Ice: Let's Dance! *Note: Costumes not permitted for guests 14 years & older.

Shamyra Lavigne-Davey is a native of St. James, Louisiana and a third generation Human Rights activist. In 2020, Shamyra became the Executive Assistant to the Founder/Director of RISE St. James Louisiana, a faith-based grassroots nonprofit organization fighting for the eradication of petrochemical emissions in the river parishes also known as “Cancer Alley”. Shamyra is a 2023 Young, Gifted, And Green: 40 Under 40 Award recipient and a 2023 and 2024 Essence Festival featured panelist. Shamyra currently serves as an Advisor on the Conceptual Committee for the Frontline Resource Institute (FRI).
Shamyra explains the history and current state of environmental racism in Louisiana's "Cancer Alley". Late Laughs is your monthly dose of experimental improv and comedy, happening every First Friday at 9:30 PM. Each show features a rotating lineup of performers from independent troupes to new voices trying something bold and unpredictable. These are not your typical Blue Door shows. Each 20-minute set is a chance for groups to push boundaries, test new formats, and take creative risks… all in front of a late-night crowd that is ready for anything.

Wim Hof Method workshops teach how oxygen and cold exposure can optimize body and mind, with guidance on the underlying physiology. Limited to around 25 participants, the small group size ensures personal attention and feedback. Workshops include an introduction, breathing exercises, and an optional ice bath, followed by reflection and Q&A. Each instructor brings unique expertise, and participants receive a schedule upon registration. Beginners are encouraged to prepare by ending showers cold. Suitable for most people with basic health, workshops are not advised during pregnancy, for those with epilepsy, or individuals with cardiovascular or serious medical conditions without consultation.
