The central aspect of this concept is the dinner table– a space where individuals gather and interact as a whole; despite differences in background, culture, language or family ties. There is beauty in the simple act of gathering, sharing a warm drink, eating food, and sitting together. Combining iconographic halos with commonplace faces and objects, Liv explores the beauty and divinity of the ordinary.

He's been perfecting his skills since 2001 and especially enjoys using the Palouse as inspiration for many of his works. Gayle began adding watercolor to the block prints a few years ago. You won't want to miss seeing these.
