Sherry Syrie is a mixed media artist and middle school art educator who is currently exploring abstract mixed media landscapes. She finds interesting images & materials to piece together in unique ways to create clean, beautiful, and original pieces.

Suzan LeDoux is a printmaker whose work is primarily inspired by the natural world and the beauty of flora & fauna. Through carving, she aims to capture the textures we observe in nature, and the intricate details that often go unnoticed.

How do we keep our artistic enthusiasm alive? With Artistic Fresh Air! The Spokane Watercolor Society was founded in 1952 by a group of 12 professional artists. Our new SWS members have given us a breath of fresh air — Artistic Fresh Air. This exhibit is to showcase their talents and honor their contribution to the SWS. New Moon Art Gallery presents “Pigments of Your Imagination - An Exhibition of Humor and Art”

Please join us in bringing some levity and laughter to our community. This is our 2nd annual show with a theme of humor and we expect it to be as fun and fantastic as last year's. This show is the brainchild of our art collective member, Diane Rowen Garmire. We will be featuring the work of several local artists and gallery members. Bring a friend or 2 and please share this event with those who will enjoy an evening of lighthearted fun.

The Gallery Entropy (101 N Stevens) presents Objets Vibrant: The Te of Trash. A solo exhibition by Dario Ré that explores material animacy through found art and assemblage. Show runs through June 29.

Family Hour Community Night Live Music w/ John Firshi

The Spokane Folklore Society hosts its Third Wednesday contra dance on June 17 at the Woman's Club Hall featuring Emily Faulkner teaching and calling easy to learn dances back by live music from the Jam Band. A newcomer session begins at 7:15PM followed by a two hour contra dance at 7:30:PM. General admission is $10; SFS members and those ages 18 to 25 is $7; under 18, free. Is there an entry fee?
Free entry to come U-pick (pay a price per lbs), shop venders, and food.
Families can pay for wristbands, $5 for all activities.
Is there free parking?
Free and ample parking is across the street, with crossing guards for your safety.
OR pay for closer parking (VIP).
*All parking is safe to get out of your car and spacious compared to other properties on Greenbuff.
